The Great Migration is an extraordinary 800 km journey from the Serengeti in Tanzania to Kenya's Masai Mara, crossing the Mara River and back. Each year, from July to September, over two million wildebeest, zebras, and half a million calves embark on this incredible quest for green pastures and water. Despite spanning just two countries, the Great Migration is considered the most remarkable wildlife event on Earth.
